I love Pocatello, warts and all. Great people, beautiful surroundings, lots of good restaurants, some progressive politics, enough free thinkers to counteract the religionists and the bigots, and a low cost of living. Sure, we have our Tea Baggers and other morons, but we have a University, Unions, and The First National Bar too. Yesterday I volunteered at the annual Riverfest and we had a great time, despite uncooperative weather. If you missed it, then you missed one of the events that makes Pocatello a great place to live.
